Ted Case: Gotta love You Tube - I just replied to a post that was showing '5 days ago'. As soon as I posted - the date went to '1 year ago'... probably a little late with my answer..ha ha!
Ted Case: Usually only with an IP Camera. eLine Technology (Denver, CO) has the 'Sniper' line of IP cameras that are self contained DVRs. They record directly to an SD card on the camera, (as well as a NAS or other NVR). Motion detection, email alerts, and digital IO are set up right on the camera. All you need is the camera and an Internet connection. eLine also has wireless and 4G versions. With 4G, all you need is the camera and the 4G card.
David Norton: Not at the present time. I suggest you contact IMS for support to find out the requirements for using their software. I am sure they have some kind of support.
Ricardo Felman: Do you have a video to setup a IMS200 system?
A.R.P. Urban Survival: Clever stuff David, thank you for the informative and helpful video :-)
VeainOfficial: Is there anyway to setup a system with one camera straight to a router, using a RJ45?
Andrew Hermanson: Yes, you can buy a cctv dvr card that hold 4 cameras
mikiminaj1111: is it possible to connect 3 cctv cam to 1 pc?
