SamBruin7: How do you sharpen the blades on these?
anniversary4: yet another great video1 Thanks. I'm working on what appears to be the same model (517.797680) but cannot get manual on sears web site. I want to change out the BMP8Y spark plug and confirm that the plug is correct and what the gap should be. Any suggestions? As a side but important issue. I tried donating to your site and had trouble with the form. I filled in all but the blocks except state because there was Province only choice. When i tried (3 times) to submit the information the site deleted some of the information and asked for the state. Your work is appreciated and has helped me often and I would like to contribute especially since you mentioned health issues.
Frank Hughes: Ok open choke
Frank Hughes: Good vid, what about the choke lever during carb adjustment, ????
1dogeez: whats the part number for a ehco pb 500 t back pack blower cant find the adjustment tool for that model
Sam Brako: Cool Vid. Thumbs up!!
Dennis King: Good Vid but unfortunately The fags at RYOBI decided to make their carb adjust bolt Impossible to adjust without a special tool that you cant buy at a hardware store called a pacman. wwwttffff
Paul Martin: Thanks alot. Very good lesson and will use for a long time to come.
Timothy Connor: I have a Murrey select 4.5 and the engine revs up and down do you no how to fix.
Scott Bunney: Ok, thank you sir.
donyboy73: make absolutely sure it's venting and make sure the needle valve lever is set properly, i do a pressure test on the carb
Scott Bunney: Hey Dony. I just rebuilt a 272xp, as well as its Tillotson carb and have had problems with adjustment. Seems that there is access fuel pressure from the fuel line out of the tank. The vent works. I can get it running, but when I shut it off within a few minutes, gas builds up in the air intake area. The only way I can get it to run at that point is to pull the gas line out of the carb, run the carb out of gas, then when I hook the fuel line back up, it floods out. Any ideas. Thanks.
donyboy73: vous etes Bienvenu
70jafos: donyboy muchas gracias for your video
S8ilor: Brilliant vid
ianvaldivia1993: @donyboy73 that model is made by homelite
ianvaldivia1993: that model is made by homelite
donyboy73: thanks for watching
rockmanted: Thank you very much for posting. I had a different engine and it was on a tiller, but it was close enough that I could use what you taught me to get it from "races, then quickly dies" to "runs as good as new". Thanks again.
Chewwy153qt: Can you make a video, if possible, for sharpening trimmer blades?
Cert: Building stuff is always in my family gene. My dad is a new york auto technician and taught me everything I need to know about cars. Now I sell car parts online to suppliment my income. So it does help when there's good guidance.
