Chelsea Hogan: i am with you on the tea tee oil...it is my number one product
mar46394: Kind of off topic but I started using baking soda (adding a bit to my
regular cleanser) every other day and i've noticed a HUGE difference in my
blackheads! The ones on my nose, which were icky are really noticeable are
now tiny and clear. After cleaning/before moisturizing I would also put on
some aloe vera to my face. Not sure which did it. But I think it was the
baking soda. Give it a try, it only took a week to see results. Agreed on
the olive oil- must be followed with something else!
canoncalculator: Yes it works wonders! I had serious acne problems, and after I started
appyling it it started to minimize, and I hope the rest will be gone soon :D
Dee Mc: Thanks Im using it right now with great results ( just in 3 days). I'ce had
acne for 8 years and its just been a struggle. Your skin looks absolutly
flawless. After using a 100 products that garunteed this and that I just
started researching and staying away from the chemicals and finding natural
solutions. Back in the olden days acne was not a problome because
everything was natural.
keetaweet08: luv tea tree oil, i've been using this and olive oil for a month, works
MakeupOnABudget: Glad you like them! Thanks for watching :)
MakeupOnABudget: Thanks, I'll look into it. :)
CristalGMoreno: Love tea tree oil, and all essential oils.:)
Gary Wong: Is it an OIL oil, or is it just a liquid? The reason I ask is because I
want to mix it with some water or something so I can spray it on my face.
And also because I have slightly oily skin, so the idea of putting MORE oil
on isn't too appealing, lol.
MakeupOnABudget: It would definitely sting.
3xdalove: Hey Jenny, would you suggest using this under your make-up? this is my
first night I shall see in the a.m I will b bk a week from now to tell u
how it goes.
MakeupOnABudget: I'm glad it worked for you!
MakeupOnABudget: You're very welcome! I'm glad I could help :)
ch1kk89: thanks for this review. it was very helpful. i'm gonna try it out :]
SingerHighNotes: do you know if your skin can build up a resistance to tea tree oil or not?
That's sucks to find something that works for you but when you need it
again it isn't as effective :(
MakeupOnABudget: I guess it does the opposite for you. I'm sorry it didn't work out.
MakeupOnABudget: I'm glad its working for you! Thanks for the compliment :)
TYCO9999: tea tree oil shampoo...killed my ringworm on my scalp!!!: ) thanks to tea
MakeupOnABudget: Yes ONLY after your skin has absorbed or otherwise it will just sit and it
will be obvious. If you don't put it under makeup, just use it at night and
you'll be fine.
MakeupOnABudget: You're welcome!
MakeupOnABudget: Damn $11.97? It must depend on where you live. I'm glad you like it and
it's working for you!!!!
MakeupOnABudget: No, only on the blemishes.
MakeupOnABudget: If the oil is irritating your skin too much, try taking a q-tip and dipping
it in water and then dip it in the tea tree oil. Everything will be fine,
don't stress yourself about it too much because your body will react to the
stress and may cause more breakouts. Take care ok? :o)
MakeupOnABudget: I find that too many ingredients in a product do more harm than good unless
they're are all natural. I like to know what each product is and what it
does. That way I can know what product causes a breakout. When a product
has 15+ ingredients its hard to know if you should toss it or if its just
one ingredient that is causing the acne. Less is more for my skin.
Don K. Ruler: @azncutee15 yep that works well...also addinig 2-3 drops to your cleanser
works well...i have noticed my skin has calmed down greatly after doing
this for afew days...
MakeupOnABudget: You're welcome!!!! I'm glad it worked out for you :)
MakeupOnABudget: @jcxxll93 If you use a toner, you can add about a tablespoon of the tea
tree oil to the bottle and when you apply it to your face you'll have a
small amount of tto all over your face. I use witch hazel so my bottle is
pretty big so I apply maybe 1/4 of the bottle to my witch hazel. The amount
of tto you use is dependent on the size of your toner.
MakeupOnABudget: The cost depends on where you live.
MakeupOnABudget: My skin hasn't built a resistance, it still tingles when I apply the oil.
Diane0930: should i wash it after 5 mins?
mmmarshall08: Hello your skin looks great! I was wondering which Mario Badescu products
do you have problems with. One of your videos you recommended the drying
lotion and the drying cream. Have both those products been replaced with
the tea tree oil. I have the tea tree oil and it's fine. I have tried the
samples for the MB products, but I haven't tried the drying lotion. I think
MB is pricey, but the drying lotion seems to be worth it. Do you recommend
MakeupOnABudget: Yeah the scent is strong at first but you get used to it. Once it
evaporates you can't smell it at all.
looovemac: I went to Duane read last night and I bought a bottle of 100% tea tree oil
and I put it on and went to bed!!! When I woke up in the morning my pimple
was half of the size!!! It is working!!! I am so happy! THANK YOU SO MUCH
for this video!!! You're the best!!!!! By the way I used tons of other
products including prescribed from the dermatologist Retin A and the list
goes on.... nothing made such a difference with only one application!
MakeupOnABudget: Your welcome ;)
MakeupOnABudget: I like olive oil but just to remove makeup. I don't like the feeling it
gives me after removing it so I always follow up with a cleanser. It works
for some and doesn't work for others. The beauty of trial and error lol
shrapnel360: I just started using it tonight. I'm looking forward to see if it's going
to work for me. I would have to say, though, that the best acne treatment
I've tried is Oxy with 10% Benzoyl Peroxide. It's the strongest acne
medication that doesn't require a prescription. Anyway, excited to see how
this Tea Tree Oil works as a spot treatment!
MakeupOnABudget: No just apply it to the pimple, it will gradually decrease the size of the
pimple over time and continued use.
TheTomidu: You forgot to mention the smell.
6sheldon: i have tea tree oil blemish gel. i had like this growing pimple and it ddnt
have a head yet, it was really small. I put the gel on at night and when i
woke up the pimple was bigger and had a head. Whenever i put it on it just
increases the growth of the pimple.
jazdj04: Good for me I already had tea tree oil but I was using it on my scalp(im a
natural) I started using it on my face the other day. Cant wait to see what
happens. But my main issue is acne scarring. Got my vit e oil coming in
On Avance: I love Mario Badescu products. Like you said on another comment, the beauty
of trial and error! :P
MakeupOnABudget: @PRAMETESS Thanks for the tip!
MakeupOnABudget: @ipx09 The vitamin e oil isn't going to to anything to a blemish if it is
inflamed or painful. Vitamin e oil can be used to fade a scar. The tea tree
oil will help reduce inflammation and pain of a blemish.
MakeupOnABudget: Your welcome. I'm glad I could help!
MakeupOnABudget: @TheTomidu It's a strong scent that takes some getting used to.
droppsi: I love your vids. I was wondering if it works cuz if it did i would buy it,
ald now i definatly wil! :D thank juu:D <3
MakeupOnABudget: Mine too, it's great!
MakeupOnABudget: Thanks! Glad you like my voice and the video lol
MakeupOnABudget: Yes I was using cetaphil facial wash. You still need to clean your skin
because the tea tree oil only treats acne, it doesn't clean anything.
