Christopher Cote: Cmon ppl... Stop hating Chromebook! Its not a laptop... its a notebook! You want something cheap, you got something cheap! Stop crying "its crap" because you can't run windows apps, remove your finger from your ass and pay for a real LAPTOP!
I'm using my chromebook for lightweight things... And my windows laptop for other things
For ppl saying that they have a chromebook because they cant pay for a real computer, well stop complaining that you can't use what a real computer can do!
Send from my Acer Chromebook Running Linux Ubuntu 12

Ahmed Tamim: i dont like chrome everything is difficut
Wheatley: This is complete BS. it was 78 votes away from reaching the 2,500 mark (petition would pass and be considered) and it said petition closed. I'm 99% sure they did that on purpose. Although, I believe that through Ubuntu you can already do this. For anyone who knows what I am talking about, I'd HIGHLY recommend KDE (Kubuntu) over Unity and XFCE, since I have tried all three, and KDE is by far superior, especially on a Chromebook. I am using an Acer C720 Chromebook. KDE is the only one that did not require bug fixes as soon as I installed it (minus one issue which is the sound. The sound is messed up, but to solve this, just play audio from Chrome OS before you launch KDE with "sudo startkde" and then switch back to chrome OS and close the audio, then switch back to KDE and the sound should be fine, and just do that every time before you launch KDE). Everything aside from that worked perfectly fine, whereas on Unity and XFCE, everything was crap and I had to resolve countless problems. Just for anyone wondering, that's my little review xD
Min Chang: halp it says installation not enabled but i dun know how to enable it >.>
