Zaynab Shah: My apps don't automatically restore, do you know why this is? I know they are there because they are in the 'my folders' app but I don't know how to make them appear on the home screen. Please could you tell me how to do this.
ITJungles: Did you backup with Google account or Samsung Account? and have you signed in with that account already?
Michael Davies: Strange. My phone doesn't seem to automatically restore. I have had to do the hard reset because whenever I reboot the phone it is stuck on the Samsung loading screen.
Ah well, thanks anyway.
ITJungles: Maybe you can purchase more SD card and store them other SD cards, or makes backup to the computer. If your device memory are always near full capacity then you may have trouble with it. Do you still have issue with Goolge Play store crashes?
ITJungles: Michael, once you sign back into the account that you have make the backup, your device should automatically be restored.
Michael Davies: When you have done a hard reset and done a back up of accounts how do you restore the accounts?
gramnet: thanks . I need to send this phone back I got a replacement. This really helped
