ksharpe10: One thing that is never mentioned is the FACT that the early Cartridges were loaded with black powder, Smokeless came much later, 1st one was in 1886. The MODERN replica conversions are made of much stouter metal and will shoot Smokeless. But not necessarily The newer Replica percussion guns, if you use one of the handy conversions for those guns, you should only load Black Powder filled Cartridges. Always read directions thoroughly on any kind of Historical Repo. And it helps to really study it all before you jump in thinking you can shoot any old thing.
hf140952: Very interesting but what a pity for the quality of the picture .
Franz Roth:Colt Cartridge Conversions
ImWatchinTheTube: @stevevandien I would imagine they worked the same as the Colt SAA, with a bit weaker frame due to the open top and the handling/disassembly of their black powder predecessors (that they used to be).
Hair Do: Thanks for the tip. I do know it's hard to earn money. But it is much better than working minimum wage at mcdonolds. Being an hair stylist does get tips and I end up making decent money. Plus it allows me to be creative sometimes and make customer's dream come to reality.
