Lauren Siegert: Wow, this one was rough. Moves so fast that I had to pause to change the weight stack on my dumbbells. I quickly learned to lift a bit lighter than I normally would. These strength sets have a fair amount of cardio and upper-body moves, and 14 reps is harder than your typical 8 rep strength sets.

The Burch Family: does 14 reps mean one should go a little lighter on their weights as opposed to when doing traditional stregnth training? in your more current videos you guys lift heavier but only do 2 sets of 8 to 10 reps
