vadumee2: I can't bend over with a flat back during the dead lifts because I have minor kyphosis in my spine. What do you suggest I do? Should I just avoid the dead lifts?

FitnessBlender: @momobbz015 Hi again :) Yes, this will help you to build up curves. Do it 3-4 times a week for a week and then switch to another one of our "booty" routines.

Jay24041991: Ive been doing this for about 4weeks now and im really quite thin but i have noticed a difference :) i was just wondering should i have a day in between workouts? i do it 4 times a week with 2days on rest day then another 2days and nothing on weekends also do i really need to fit in Cardio as well since im already quite thin ? thanks :)

I learned the workouts already but I much prefer to exercise along with the video..I've gotten so used to your voice and it keeps me motivated. I dont think I would ever watch any other fitness video again...you have it all on your channel! Just wanted you guys to know how much we appreciate you. Wishing you much success in the future!

FitnessBlender: It can. Any combo of our upper & lower body workouts, especially those that are heavy in squats, will be great.

FitnessBlender: There is no functionality in putting the weights that I am using because everyone will need a different weight depending on how strong they are. We use adjustable dumbbells which are great because I get lots of variety in difficulty with very few pieces of equipment. Closed caption is a great idea, we will look into how we might be able to do that. Thank you for your suggestions & for watching our workout videos.

If you can't afford the program, just keep mixing and matching; our cardio workouts daily and strength training videos 3-4x/week.
