OoLaalaaaa: will this make you lose weight around your chest? I I lost a bit of weight and i noticed my chest got a lot smaller. I don't want them to get any smaller. My question is, is this video good for making your chest bigger? or is there another video i can watch to help me?

Jay24041991: Ive been doing this for about 4weeks now and im really quite thin but i have noticed a difference :) i was just wondering should i have a day in between workouts? i do it 4 times a week with 2days on rest day then another 2days and nothing on weekends also do i really need to fit in Cardio as well since im already quite thin ? thanks :)
