B Epps: Is there a video for replacing the REAR outside handle on a 93 Suburban?
nick diaz: how do you remove the lock (barrel)
Gavin Pickens: This video saved my ass .Now I know were that rod that fell in the door went. Thanks man.
Keith Stephens: I just finished last evening, 1/14/17, with the inside and outside door handles on the driver side door. I could not have done it without your excellent videos on these jobs. Thank you, so much, for your most professional videos. P.S.: I had bought the parts from you in October 2104, and I just got around to the job. (:
Ross Munn: Hi, thanks for your good videos, they've been a great help. My '96 C/K 1500 outside door lock cylinder has fallen back into the door cavity. Do I need to replace the entire door handle and purchase a new lock? Or do I just purchase a new lock cylinder with the replacement part that holds the lock in. What is the problem here that makes the lock fall in, is it a small part holding the cylinder in, or something else. Hope you can help me. Thanks.
Beer Drinker: thank you for all to great videos 1a auto
Eddy Hewitt: This was a helpful video, thank you! It's a little hard to find the video links you said you posted on how to take apart the door panel. I was trying to follow along on an iPad out at my car, but couldn't find any of those videos in the comments on a mobile device.
Joey Grissom: How do you replace the lock cylinder in the door handle? does your handle replacement come with new lock cylinder and key?
Bear & Bunny Embarkment: so like someone said below. what about how to take off the interior door panel?
Zach Whyte: so, I'm replacing a door latch, this video and the ones that show how to pull the door panels off helped, a lot.
TFizl: Thanks for the video. Got replacement from a company that shall remain unnamed and one of the screws pulled the metal female fitting out of the plastic handle. I am dismayed.
All that work and still a broken handle, I think I'll try the all-metal ones from your website...
204shooter: Thank you. Changing my outside door handle went real smooth. The video taking off the inside door panel really helped too.
jrsavoie: Does anybody know where I can find videos showing how to swap the whole door weather seal and all out?
I need videos on switching the weather stripping out and everything else
red03mitsu: i have a 98 c1500. do you have a video that shows replacement of just the door latch mechanism ? im doing mine and its a pain in the ass.
westporttom: Wow, talk about great customer service .... I ordered the inside and outside door handle for my '98 Chevy truck on a Tuesday and had it in hand, delivered on Thursday. Two days!! also great prices and video's, you guys rock! will deff. do business in the future. thanks again
westporttom: thank you Mike Green great video, you make it look easy that's the sign of a pro. I'll be replacing my inside and exterior handle asap, thanks again!
Mike Griffin: Where is the video to take off the interior door panel
avi lugassy: You do not need to remove the inside of the door or the window regulator, simply just unscrew the handle from hole provided in inner door frame. Unscrew the 3 bolts on the side of the door and lift mechanism gently with your hands freeing up space for the door handle to come out. Keep the key in the lock to turn it as needed. I did this with my handles and saved a lot of time. The door handle has to come out at a funny angle and you need to hold the handle "open" to get it past the frame.. play with it for 5 minutes and you will save a world of pain. :)
cr8mtr: Thanks, I spent 2 hours trying to get one back in on my 2000 C3500 work truck, old style body. The trick is to remove the door latch & bring it up into the rods on the handle. This is just one of the many reasons I quit buying GM products back in 2002. My truck has had 5 inside door handles and 1 outside handle replaced. That welded rear window guide is just a very poor design.
