luacheia99: Hi, first, thanks for the awesome video! you make things to seem simple and
easy. :) You are a great teacher!
My unit warranty finished 2 months ago and 2 weeks ago my n8000 simply
reboot from nowhere and freezed in the samsung logo and didn't turn off the
Samsung said that the problem is in the mainboard and the cost will be
U$320 to fix it.
It is absurd! I am so angry and disappointed... I is not a cheapy generic
Chinese unit, it is a freaking expensive Samsung unit that seems have a
factory defect. Intentional or not, it smells bad business... :/
I tried to reboot the unit with the power and right side sound
button, nothing showed on screen and the unit rebooted to the logo again.
I tried to reboot the unit with the power and left side sound button, the
screen showed a dialog asking me if i wanted to put an alternative rom in
the unit. if i say yes, it shows a dialog saying "Don't turn it
Downloading what, if i didn't set any source?
After watching this video i opened the unit and disconnect all cables and
connected them again to see if it was contact problem. No, it is not,
Nothing changed... :(
I saw on internet a lot of Brazilians S3 units owners entered justice with
a process against Samsung in 2012 and 2013, because a similar problem, that
they called the problem as suddenly death.
So... Samsung screw me!
Can you help me with a info?
Do you know where I can buy the N8000 mainboard?
No place in Brazil has it and i searched all sites that
sell replacement parts and didn't find it?
Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

ZorroMK: Nice looking video! Do you know if it's possible to replace the digitizer
without removing all the smaller modules, the mainboard and the internal
frame? That way I wouldn't need to scrape away the plastic moulded fixings
on the internal frame and remould them afterwards. I know it would mean
removing the film on the digitizer prior to fitting into the plastic
dokedokeyarou: great vid. My brother gave me his 3G Note after his kids used it for a
step ladder. I can keep it if I can fix it so he says, anyways I managed to
fix the messed up picture after a quick unplug and plug in of the LCD
ribbon, my only problem now is the unit isn't charging, so I'll have to see
if I can do the same with the charge/dock unit.later on. It took me over an
hour just to pop the back out but thanx again for showing me what and how
to, before I further broke the damn thing. Hopefully I fix this without
having to spend a cent.
Dv Ncd: It could have been better if the body of this note 10.1 is made of just
pure high quality plastic, and not to coat it with paint-like material to
make it appear metallic. It wears off, or it will eventually. I have my
note for only eight months now, the silvery metallic-like frame wrapping
around the edges is peeling off, it's slowly flaking off exposing the color
white plastic underneath. It's ugly. It's distractive!
Lowe Q: It's nice to have someone producing such instructional video. Thanks.
Ali Meshkot: Excellent video. Well made. Thank you.
Mwila Theodore: Thank you for such videos. was able to get my 2014 edition note 10.1
working by simply removing and placing the LCD cable more securely.
Couldn't have done it without such videos. Though of course i had to fill
in certain blanks but this video was of great help.
Omar Sultan: Many Many Many (Too) Thanks
My Notes fall on ground many times, the screen cable became loss, and it is

Amrit Nanda: Hi Thanks A lot for the video. I replaced the digitizer following these
instructions!! However the top left side of the note (just below the power
button) heats up after the replacement. Could you tell me why this is
Bicho Bola: Hi, i am experiencing some problems with my Galaxy note... and I thought
maybe you could help me?. Most of the time it doesn't charge (neither way,
usb or wall), and when i am able to charge it a little bit, if I plug it
to the pc, the pc doesn't recongnize it!. Thanks to your video, I decided
to change the battery and try if that was the problem. But I have the same
problem with the new battery... I have charged the tablet with two
different original chargers, so I think it has to be something in the
tablet... any ideas, please?
Tony Shone: There has been reports of ants and other small bugs getting into 10.1 via
the headphone jack and dying in the screen area - beats dead pixels, found
a thread where a user resorted to this....

Benjaphol Pisuthigomol: what about my data (pic., contact, etc.) or system in tablet? is it lose ??
candyce white: Hello
I wondered if you could help me? I dropped my galaxy note 10.1 and the
screen is showing a blue colour when sometimes I press it in certain places
the picture comes back fully unitil I let go after reading some of the
comments is it that my display cable is loose or disconnect. What do you
think no cracks in screen or fuzzy lines thanks
revher22: Thanks for the video. If only the glass is broken, it seems possible to
detach the glass by peeling it off with a hot hair dryer, without the need
to disassemble everything. But I was afraid overheating the motherboard and
other pieces and thus I used almost entirely your video.
mikanotu: great vid. i can't believe it - i just dropped my galaxy tab 10.1 2014
edition. i literally screamed out loud when i saw the broken display. i
have a couple of questions. do you have a 2014 edition repair or referral
vid? how do i know if i need to buy digitizer (maybe i just need to replace
glass)? thank you for vid and thanks in advance for your help.
Elba Blasky: Great work on the video. Looking for the silver screeen digitizer frame,
which was at the end of your disassembly. Has anyone ever found that for
the Note 8013 (don't know if all the 8000 series is the same). Thanks for
serx: Hi Le55ons, and thanks for this great video. Now, i've problems with the
Sim Card Reader, because it doesn't recognize any sim card. So I will have
to replace it. It's not shown in your video how to replace it, but in some
comments, you say that it's easy to replace. It's just remove the
backcover, and similar as removing the MicroSD card? Is it needed to
disassembly anything before removing the SimCard Reader?
summersolstice69: thank you so much for this. worked perfectly. clear and concise. i could
not have hoped for more. again, thanks for taking the time to do this.
LE55ONS: I doubt the scratches will make any difference to the performance, just
