Feather Hinesley: Nice scooter.thanks belt install easy now.keep posting videos.
Austin Higel: What size belt is that
z0ne276: @tundra95life so the variator wont open up and cause the rollers to fall
trinicaleb: :O that's it!!!! so easily.....wtf..
LiveToRide: i bought an impact wrench and smashed the hell out of my variator (it still
works tho) i was able to take it off by hand with lots and lots of elbow
grease and some bruised arms but now that i put it back on the belt slips
and it accelerates very slow up until 10mph then it grabs and goes fast
again. and the engine shakes
ManiaCop100: really useful vid. Thanks for posting.
its8ace: Best bit of virtual advice I ever saw; such a big help...and I was going to

my long case 150 for $20.

yankphan100: great video, thanks.
LiveToRide: i got the wrench at walmart and used it then returned it i hope i dont need

speeds and no problem ive had nothing but problems on mine too its got 3.6k
miles on it now and ive had many different problems i bought it used at
zernker: Beautiful. Worth 1000 words.
Scootertuner1000: @otakop67 Yes, my CN250 engine has a plate at the back to stop the weights
coming out, but most scooters don't especially GY6 engines. I have known
people who have put new belts on using this method and then wondered why
their acceleration is so bad.
BadBoyDeGekste: @tundra95life keeps the rollers into place In the Netherlands we call them
rollertjes, dno if roles is correct.

Ganja4Dummies: do not buy from county scooter, they are being investigated for fraud,
check yourselves on Ripoffreportdotcom, search for county imports, and see
for yourselves al the issues concerning this company, its really sad what
they do to paying honest customers!

Salman Khalid: i have a spring loaded clutch bell i cant move the two plates to one side
how would i go abouts doing this as i have a suzuki katana ay50 could
someone please help
james mortensen: Muscles my friend ;) ....... Muscles
MrBorderghost: Surely that belt is to big i thought you had to remove variator pulley at
there is not usualy enough slack to loift over pulleys like in this video
GranFury440: But like I said this video here can't help all scooter/moped owners. It's
not a bad video I guess, it's just that it's not the same setup for every
machine. He does show how to loosen the belt which is a good start.
ishredu: my variator don't look like that one..this one opens? mine sure
doesn't...any idea why?
Gustavo Bernal: how often i have to change the belt on a 150cc?
kyanss: very userfull video !!!
December Twentynine: Never before had I bought a new vehicle that I had to constantly repair. I
got sick and tired of it, sold it, and bought a '93 Nighthawk 250 off of a
guy who had it on craigslist instead. Good thing I already had a motorcycle
endorsement, which was required to ride a bike like that. It's done me a
hell of a lot better than that Chinese piece of crap did. Sure, a few minor
things went wrong with the Nighthawk since owning it, but the thing is 20
years old...expected. But besides the point.
totoz1717: paper serves to maintain the drive without the wheels fall if it falls you
have to disassemble the drive to put the wheels in place (sorry for bad
english google translate)
