matt may: could this test also tell you if your intake manifold gasket is bad?
Kemron Nanton: So it would not lose power
EMRLD: How can you not love this guy.
HelmetVanga: I think the test was quite alright..and it seems the correct one than dissambling the whole thing. However, the theatricals and acting is unnecessary, it diminishes the credibility of the video. Scott Kilmer sounds more credible than Scotty beam me up...
Danial Daneshmand: About it turning yellow, this doesn't have anything to do with the fluid turning brown over time does it? I filled mine with distilled water 3 months ago and it's brownish color now.
DontMatTerSz: I'm guessing it'll work by putting it on the reservoir aswell..right?
Rusty Shackleford: How do you tell if it's a blown head gasket, or a cracked block? You and everyone else say it's one or the other, but how can you tell which one???
Kryptomia Deathmetalizer: the dude so funny every time he came right from the back of the pick up car
Daniel De Groff: Scotty how long does it take for you to get back to people via your website or YouTube
CARS LOVER: great great information like your videos man
David Kovalski: Does that go for an LLY Duramax diesel as well?
callmeishmel Melville: My Dad always told me to look at your coolant. Does it look frothy and almost like milk chocolatety? Oil is leaving the engine and entering the cooling system, mixing with coolant.
pixie33ck: Hello :) I love your videos they are very helpful and concise. My water pump belt broke on my 2008 Mazda 3 and I ended up overheating the engine till I blew the head gasket. I was going to fix it myself but a friend of a friend said he would give me a good deal. He ended up saying the whole engine is bad. How do I test to see if the engine is truly bad? could a bad head ruin the whole engine? I am a novice so I am learning as I go. I am just so tired of getting the run-around from dishonest mechanics. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate it so much, Thank you. -Cherie
Jonathan Gorr (AndrewRyan): My low coolant signal is flashing but the radiator doesn't appear to be accepting more fluid- the reservoir is full of coolant. Could there possibly be a block in a line? Or maybe the indicator is broken. Any ideas?
Walter White: good vid scotty
Dexter Kinchen: hi Scott my RX lexus is running as I spay in d in d air filter could u tell me are help me out sir???
Jim S: Does this test confirm 100% that the head gasket is blown? Couldn't it be another issue that leads to air in the cooling system, e.g. punctured heater core?
demmy adeogun: Hello Scotty, about 3 weeks ago, my 2004 Jeep grand cherokee started riding rough and stuttering. It was spewing white smoke (fuel) from the exhaust and would not drive over 20 miles per hour. The check engine light is also on. I changed the spark plugs and coil pack and it was fine for about a week but it came back again. What would you recommend I do to fix this issue?
LivDoesIt: I need to get one of these testers. Good video
Kris Rodriguez: this is awesome
