Wankel Rotary Powered Flying Car

What do you think about this video?

Jose G A: This is the technology in the 4-motor, one propeller on each corner flying toys, isn't it? Are they paying royalties to prof Möller? He could finance lost of things with this money....

PLISKEN12: i think the WASP was a brilliant design !

Joshua Levy: the future is like this...

Knott Reel: The future looks something like this----- "blank" ------ which means there is no future. Trolling is kind of fun.

Ron Smith: Shame on you for giving publicity to Moller. How much did he pay you? Would you want to fly in a vehicle (not a car) by someone who can't even calculate power and fuel economy? Go visit Terrafugia, already airworthy road capable aircraft or Aeromobil already built and flying. Moller will never get that monster into horizontal flight and anyone within 300 metres would need ear protection

creaturebotman: AH say.... ah ah Ah SAy ... About as useless as TITS on a basketball.

Levi Omighty: How can anyone say this has no potential?!? y'all- "yeah nothing new will ever work lets keep the old crap". FU

George nerantzoulis: love to have one

flashboyonly: This think is to unsure.

James Provins: Dam, I hate that...

MarkmBha: ... LOOKS LIKE ....

Pat Lenihan: LIKE WHAT!?

chase speer: if this did come out you would have a metric boat load of inbred hillbillies trying to replace the wankel with a chevy LS engine because the rotary is "unreliable junk"

jacksonjdr94: Wow, a rotary engine....just in case it was going to be too reliable.

Kyle Kessler: this is non practical. real ufo's float without a propeller .

Altinget: "The future looks something like this". (and then the video stops)?????????????

AtrumMixer: Depends on how much the aircraft weighs and what kind of material its built of. Even if 1 or even 2 engines go dead you still have 2 to go, which should be enough for it to land. And if that isnt enough, you can always take parachute lessons and travel with a chute on your back, just incase. Theyre already doing the Verticopter and it works. Still, I'll probably have to build my own once these things are more normal on the market.

Jiyukan: The prototypes are flying by themselves, the "crane" teather is for security purpose you can clearly see in the videos that they are not used to make the thing fly ... Perhaps you should do _your_ online researches ...

AtrumMixer: I'll work if it has wings.

Cody Burm: tobad his idea suck id rather have a helicopter cuz its prolly smaller..than that Jet car wanabe

koringn: moller has always been a scam never can you see the cars without a crane in the backround.

terry4144: @koringn its called a tethered test flight you wouldnt want to drop to the ground on your first test

Geoffrey Robertson: Yes! Except for the fact that bicycles take can't take you 70 MPH :(

motanelustelistu: Show us the "THIS" think or start looking for a space for your woden "home"

superzodiac1000: some videos i can play but some dont ever have the downloading symbol go away. curse you youtube.

DataVanKult: like nothing, no future for man kind

TORQUER3: The problem is war. We would all still be living like you suggest if the threat of war from another "tribe" or country wasn't ever looming. Need is the mother of all invention, and if another countries economy is doing better than your because they can get about quicker, than you are falling behind. Planes, trains and automobiles were inevitable inventions.

TORQUER3: yeah, but you can't peddle 75-80 mph. You cannot be protected from the elements on a bicycle. They are great for heading down the the local grocery or for recreation.

wickedglass: I have a sneaky suspicion they were going on to "THIS" VTOL ... if you don't understand Russian, just turn the sound down, like I did ... /watch?v=U9CfHGnsPqs

Bagadaboats: looks something like what?

Jiyukan: First of all: you lack the scientific background to give any advice on this. Second: I'm watching Moeller since over 15 years, and I'm confident he will succeede. Third: if I had 500k Euros on hand, I already had ordered one of his crafts. Perhaps you don't are aware he has quite a long order list and everyone who is ordering has to pay an upfront fee. Finally: how would you fund such a project and organize it? As far as I can tell his way is the only one with chance of success.

Yoram Yasur: cool

Manoo62: Sadly this will never work it requires way to much fuel to keep it in the air. The more fuel you carry the heavier the car and the more fuel you NEED....endless.

Krish Lius: i think il stick to my space ship

Pickle: That looks like a gas hog, it looks like it is slow travel, and if the engine quits... DEAD! XP

MissMiano .: just an extended (and guarded) explanation of why this idea wont work...

FiEctro: Propeler for the car - utopia.

shon231: i thought he was Chuck noris from the looks lol

St0ttZy: I think real flying cars will not in fact fly. Instead they will operate on maglev technology.Flying cars are incredibly inefficient.

Brad Arnold: That's what crows say when they see one. They yell "It's a flying Caahhh! Caahhh! Caahhh!"

potstab: Not to mention lower maintenance cost, no insurance, no wheel tax, no drivers license, and no fuel tax. It dose get a bit nippy in the winter though but you can dress for it.

Peter Yang: WHAT THE freak!!!! I WANT TO KNOW WHAT "THIS" IS!!!! PISSESSSSSS MEEEE OFFFF!!!

InvaderJake: I think HUMANS will be the aliens invading planets to find a new home cause earth will beh covered in trash and only wall-e can stop the war. -_-

Chactation: 40 years for..........nothing.

IMaDEM0N: I thought it was Jim Moller

nathan scott: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! LIKEEE WHAAATTTT?!?!?!?!?!!

schlusselmensch: What would possess May to go visit the biggest charlatan in the business?

Scrapheap71: Flying cars always have been and most likely always will be, a Jamacian pipe dream.

Occupy Cherno: So then airplanes are flying cars. And space shuttles are flying cars.

purplemutantas: Going that fast on a bicycle would be difficult. The problem is that people feel the need to go that fast. Our lifestyle is way to fast. People need to SLOW DOWN.
