Fuad Nizar: i did everything but the problem is the driver doesnt appear in the Better
DS3, when i click on control panel it is actually there but it doesnt
appear in the list (connected DS3 controllers) help anyone?
LPDarkSoulsHD: Yeah, I don't have the USB Input Device option. All I have is USB DS3
Device and I have no clue why. This only started happening yesterday. The
lights on the controller are supposed to blink in order from 1 - 4
repeatedly. All 4 of my lights just flash repeatedly and none of the DS3 or
scarlet crush programs recognize my controller. How do I fix this?
Rodrigo Lopez Trejo: I used this driver you provide before, installed it and worked perfectly.
But now i get a problem when trying to install the driver about it having
no digital sign, any chance you have the x64 signed version?, since x64 is
the only one that needs it.
D. Q: When I try to install it says it's already upto date. So I tried to say I
have a disk, and when I do, it still doesn't WORK!!!!! Piece of crap all of
this is I spend days on this, about to throw my laptop out the freaking
PedoBear1811: The update driver button in grey and i can't click on it.
Oleg Tzurikov: What do you do when Win7 auto installs my Bluetooth drivers and then when I
try to install MotionJoy drivers it says that I have newer or better
drivers already installed?
Vincent Asselin: I can't press on "Update Driver", it's pale and unclickable. Does anyone
have any idea why?
Hipnog: Holy freak it worked, Thanks mang.
weeble1207: For everybody having trouble with Windows claiming the driver software is
already up to date, try this.
1. Copy the the location of the driver folder to your clipboard
2. Choose let me pick from list
3. Click Have disk
4. Paste the folder location
Paul Somers: You can run universal extractor on the install package for MotioninJoy
rather than installing it and find the drivers there!
Zegik Niet: nothing is working for me this is so frustrating
hiephoi058: doesn't work on windows 8.1 :(
Ch3micalJoe: Thanks a lot, simple and effective. Would never have got this off the
Better DS3 site.
Paul trotter: THANKYOU. my driver tab was grey'd out So i had to Click on change settings
at the bottom of the hardware tab. to get to USB input device properties.
I also had to click the bottom tab. let me pick from a list of drivers on
my computer or it could say for some browse my computer for driver
software. i then had to click on have disk, then browse to where the
driver is. but i got it working. then. thanks very helpful hope this helps
others. got the driver installed just need the software now so i can make a
profile. downloading :)
pwnclub: Thanks a bunch for the video Glycerin, but I still have a problem that a
lot of people seem to be having. Playing wired works perfectly, but when I
switch over to Bluetooth, Better DS3 recognizes it, and the lights on the
back of the controller start flashing, but it is completely unresponsive
except for powering it off through the Better DS3 tool.
Sorry if I'm the gazillionth person asking, it's just that I'd be extremely
grateful if you could provide a solution. :)
zDallasCowboys008z: I've been using this method for a few months now, but for some reason when
I use BetterDS3 it lags for me.... like I when I move the tab around it
goes really slow, if I try to choose a profile it takes a few seconds to
Does anyone else have a "lag" problem with it? I've tried it on 3 different
computers and they all have the same issue with the program.
SamFan93: i have a ps3 controller im trying to use for gta sa for pc, which selected
profile do i choose to configure the controls, directinput, xinput,
keyborad/mouse, or pcsx2?
Cheetahh: There is no usb input device option for me...wtf
D. Q: Doesn't work!!!
LeonDeluXe13: Thank you very much.
Kaiser Vadin: Better DS3 does not have ads right MotionJoy pops up a random ad and
REQUIRES THE INTERNET TO WORK !
iWindows: Thank you very much bro!
King Gorrinnard: Thank you so much. This worked for me :D
SpeedIsMyMiddleName: There is no generic driver in my bluetooth adapter. Help?
tanos1998: How do you connect it via Bluetooth on a laptop?
TheGintama86: so y doesnt bluetooth 4.0 work with the controller?
David Williams: I love you. you are amazing that is all
I'LL BROADCAST: Im getting the device driver is already installed instead of 1:17
Marty Mason: BSOD when installing the driver ... any ideas ? ..
sai huggybear: its not working its says i have a better driver but it doesnt show in
Matt Lofland: I don't have a USB input device. I just have the one option of Playstation
thaddaeus wagner: It wont let me update the driver its all grayed out and when i went to the
settings and selected the drivers it identfied it as up to date. I
downloaded your drivers that you recomeneded but I still cant do it. I have
no clue what Im doing wrong.
BrentBeTrollin: this doesnt work. downvoted
DJReiko: For those of you having the "windows has determined this driver is up to
date" problem. You're picking the subfolder inside the driver folder. Don't
Dinujan Krishnakumar: Thanks, USB works, but I'm stuck on bluetooth. My adapter: bcm20702a0
refuses to install the motionjoy drivers, and doesn't detect the
scratchNsniff96: For anyone having the problem I was, which was "The best driver software
for your device is already installed" the way to get around that is after
you click "update driver software" and "browse my computer for driver
software" is to follow these steps:
click "let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer"
click "have disk"
browse for the folder with the driver
bradlie1: I did everything but it doesn't work. Nothing is connected and im using usb
cord with my ps3. I downloaded the drivers, installed but when i connect,
the better ds3 doesnt see it. Any help?
Jeff Odle: Isolated my recent BSODs when unplugging my controllers to a bad driver
from them, so this gave me a good excuse to ditch DS3.
Do I need both the 32 and 64bit drivers, or does it not matter as the
driver/program exists interdependently of games?
silent killa 518: thank you so much this was the only video that gave me the help i needed
finally thank you!
Fleire Fiasco: Thanks for the help, dude.
I tried installing Motioninjoy's driver through it's own client, but that
thing is such a goddamn mess that BetterDS3 couldn't find my controller.
Using your method I finally got it to work. Thanks again.
cory beatty: Grrrrrr can anyone help me
Epidemic Plays[BF4&BF3 e Outros Jogos]: OMG thanks,it's working for me :D

Carlos Firgau: hi, my ps3 controller works just fine but just when plugged in. I followed
all the steps, I install the bluetooth drivers, then unplug the controller
and it seems to be connected but when i go to "control panel" the
controller doesn't do anything like if it was not connected. However when I
click the "power off" it shuts my controller down so it is connected. Do
you have any ideas?
danny hallwood: i have it all working but everytime i restart my pc i have to install the
Gerrel Saunders: thanks dude!
Mitchelljpatato: It says Windows has determined that the PS3 driver is the most up to date
one and doesn't do anything...
▲ Lush Midi: i don't have the update option highlighted / clickable.
Jerry Chan: Hi, it all worked perfectly, until i tried to delete save file. Now Better
DS3 does not detect my controller. I noticed that Playstation R(3) device
is also missing. So i did a clean reinstall of drivers (deleting
MotionInJoy driver, installing Playstation R(3) driver through plug n play,
and installing the MIJ driver as per your video), and now it doesn't detect
in BetterDS3 :( help?
Abstergo Industries: Yeah I have just one problem that when I go to ps3 controller drivers the
USB driver input does not appear so I can update the drivers
Jake Ellis: Okay, I've followed the video exactly, and have this working perfectly with
USB. I've installed the driver to my Bluetooth Radio successfully as well.
I've set the Master for my controller to my Radio, and Better DS3
recognizes that the controller is connected via Bluetooth, but I'm not
getting any input from the controller, and I can't set a profile to it. I
can't even set the LED's. All I can do is power it off via Better DS3.
Any ideas? Thanks!
