mapletreestacker64: What website is that with the stats
FuDaizy: I just got a honedege. Nature quiet and ability no guard. How can I make
him so that he's op. Like this will I have to breed it and get a better
nature if so how can breed it so that I get the op nature and ability?
MasterQuestMaster: 3:10 Why not just go to the move reminder or whatever he is called?
oSMILEYox: this pokemon is overused
almost every1 has him in their team
lucky me I was able to defeat him with flamethrower four different times
bryson Rice: What idem sould put on it
Scat Man: I'd go with Brave nature, 252 attack EV's, 252 sp. def EV's and 4 def EV's.
Sacred Sword, Kings Shield, Shadow Sneak and Swords Dance
Dick Chapy: I'm noticing the more I watch your vids is that you love using defensive
stats rather than offensive. It's cool to see that since I almost always
think power output.
sammy lovat: Aegislash is the best pokemon in the game hes so op get him right now
Jim Bob Bailey: anybody ever hear of learning sacred sword on this thing through move
Ford Hunter: kings shield does not protect again status moves like will-oh-wisp
ChronoEdge: I like how on its tv tropes character page it's hoist by its petard
description says "Blade Aegislash does *not* like foul play". But what can
predict, survive and use that on it?
PraFounder: You can move remember Sacred Sword...I just did
Joey Bocc: I have a question. Why do people like teach their Aegislash Shadow Sneak,
it has a base 40 power and the only good thing about it is that it always
goes first, why not Shadow Claw with base 70 power and a high critical hit
ratio? It's also a TM so u can easily get the move
Yining Tsao: I just use ground and fire but the form change (not to mention sacred
sword) is OP
xTheUn4gIVen: This was extremely helpful! Thanks a bunch!
MrJimaz: Does anyone want to battle? My ign is jimaz, and fc is 1934-0865-1552.
Message me if you do.
Chris Calculating: I got an awesome aegislash sweep on my channel.
Check out my latest video, the opponent only damaged me once.
FuDaizy: Pikachu is the best straight sweeps. Thunder, Thunderbolt, iron Tail and
hidden power with Max ev & iv
Ben563: Thanks for saying his name correctly!
AussieBeef54099: Stance change works with protect as we'll
Michael Nguyen: He keeps saying after some point in the video "king sword"....
Apyy Xemy: Pikachu Rules!
Ghamster Gatyr: Do I really need swords dance for my Aegislash?
Behzad Khan: My aegis lash is really really good
Jack O'Riordan: Is a mild nature ok? I have no idea what any of the natures are.
globyglob: shadow sneak always goes first so his speed is not really in affect unless
you use sacred sword
Jacob Strub: Also, and think about this for a moment, honedge is the first steel type
you encounter in xy. And since the new Fairy type is weak to steel... well
Arturo Carrillo: Zygas im going to try that
Feng Dong: What happend if aegislash use king shield and then protect will it fail ??
Jacob Strub: Ok, if you think Aegislash is overpowered, look at Mega Gyrados, in fact,
look at Gyrados period.
stevorama11: Where do you find this pokemon????
Lou Patt: YOU CAN GET SACRED SWORD BY GOING TO THE MOVE REMINDER IN DENDEMILLE TOWN
joel green: looking for honedge safari friend code 2809-9027-9823. Name: Joel
re4jlsk2: I hate this cheatin ass aegislash, bruhhhhh this thing is the reason I've
lost so many mothafreakin battles, like I be doing good then aegislash comes
and craps on your day, you better have freaking fast ass infernape for this
guy. aegislash is in the top 10 Pokemon in meta right now lemme put this
evil ass Pokemon on my team.
TheExplosiveKitten: I have a lax aegislash... is it useless?
goxcpre: Love your vids but this one is too quiet!!!
Edanite Phoenix: I use a basic heavy hitter Aegislash that focuses on alternating between
defence, offence and self boosting when the opportunity presents itself.
Weakness is burn however, Will of the Wisp being the kill.
Item: Left Overs
Brave, (+atk -spd)
Zero speed iv.
I use it's natural defence and boosted health to endure moves, Kings Shield
for obvious reasons and usually open with either a Sword Dance or said
Shield to scout the opponents actions.
Sacred Sword is for coverage, Shadow Sneak is for priority and hits hard
with its boosted attack in ev's, SD and Stance Change.
If I use Sacred Sword, my minimal speed ensures I go last and don't suffer
from Stance Change dropping my defences and getting me OTK'd.
When I Sacred Sword I then follow with Kings Shield to ensure I survive the
Shadow Sneak is for obvious reasons and I tend to stick to it if I get 2+
boosts from SD. The combined power can one shot a surprising amount, not
everything, but a lot.
Finally, Left Overs keep me standing for longer and tends to annoy the heck
out of my opponents.
My build is straight forward and has it's flaws, a major one if someone is
carrying WoW since Kings Shield can't stop it.
It also takes time if you plan to sweep the opponents team and takes a few
turns to set up.
But it's my fave build, balanced defences, endurance and overwhelming power
when at its peak.
Got to love the spirit of warrior kings.
zygas25: For a steel move I think gryo ball would work, considering its speed is
crap anyway so that move can work on even weavile and dem new fairies
Josh Leckrone: What held item do you recommend on Aegislash?
Sai Prime: "King's Sword?" "Sacred Shield?" Methinks you're a little mixed up Verlis.
john mead: Do a politoad op for your fan's!
PowerMovesOnly Baby: buying aegislash with stance change for cyndaquill or chimchar and how do u
get stance change on aegislash
simone villanueva: u keep saying king's sword
OneSidedPolygon: I'm, but Iron Head is a more suitable option that sacred sword, as it has
STAB, flinches, and has much better coverage when combined with ghost (with
only three Pokemon resisting.
GodzillaGaming: Nvm i found out the stats (evs) DONT change ;(
jesusreignonhigh: im thinking of careful nature too (or sassy nature too)...divide 510 by 3
for HP, defense and sp defense...my calculations is put 170 - (170*0.01) =
N on sp defense because sassy nature gives 10% increase on sp
defense...then 510 - N = S ....divide S by 2 for HP and Defense or just put
another 170 on HP and put the rest on defense...this way the HP, defense
and sp defense will have all equal distribution of stat
vG: my mate got a shiny honedge but its a calm nature so he got upset,,,,,
giving it to me to take care of EVs,, i was thinking of a sp atk
aegislash,, with king's sheild, flash cannon, shadow ball and metal sound,,
im planning on putting all the EVs into sp atk and sp df, does this sound
Justin00x: Could you please confirm if my understanding of Aegislash is correct:
would it not be a waste of time to put EV's into its Atk/SpAtk? EV training
its Def/SpDef would cause its Def/SpDef stats to have the greatest increase
as it lvls up, and with Aegislash's stat points switching when it changes
from shield- to sword-form, all the increased stat points it received in
its Def/SpDef as it leveled up are going to now cause it to have an even
greater Atk/SpAtk while in sword-form.
Also, would not putting any EV training into its Atk/SpAtk be essentially
pointless as Aegislash is never going to actually use its Atk/SpAtk stats
when attacking the opponent as those stats will change to Def/SpDef, and
with those stats being so low while in sword-form, it wouldnt be able to
survive a strong attack regardless of how much EV training points have been
put into its Atk/SpAtk
Louvidion: Brave Aegislash > Adamant
because u need to attack AFTER ur oponent so u can stay in Defense form...
ev spread is the problem:.... 252 hp or 252 defense??? with 252 attack of
