Franz Vlogs (Josh): This honestly took me 5 minutes. I had the bulb already from a previous car, and I watched this video. Went out and replaced it. Came inside, and my wife says "Oh no... What's wrong? Do you need another part?" She couldn't believe how quick and easy this was. Thanks! Salt Lake City, Utah
Stephy Van: and the number was 9004 around here
Stephy Van: oh thank you I appreciate that video, thought there was some wrench i would have to get, I pay for the dirty work most of the time, but trying to save a buck, guys giving away their secrets is absolutely awesome Thank you again,
Rose Knott: Thank you for your info.
I am a working gal who needs to do her own repairs.
The cost of the ticket and a mechanic is ridiculous for such a simple solution.
Thanks again! Clay Center, Ohio
Falling Down: H4 bulb in Australia for most fords.
Falling Down: Just bought a used Ford Fiesta hatch. L/H drive bulb was blown. Watched this and replaced in 1 minute. Thanks mate!
CatAndTie: I have a 1998 Escort and the same side light was out. It was kind of a pain in the butt because I pretty much had to do it from feel and not really able to see what I was doing. There was a big casing around it that had to be unscrewed first, and then that was in the way. I had to maneuver that around a bit first. Then, there was a little black piece that had to be unscrewed (like in the video) and I could get to the light. Putting it back it felt a bit loose, but everything worked!
Autotechviewpoint: Some times these bulbs and headlight assemblies can get slightly melted together, or some warping can occur. Sucks for sure when it happens.
whistler40069: THANK THE LORD you have this video, I was out there for an hour or more trying to get it off. STILL havent but it seems to be that its just stuck. IT wont pull straight out for some damn reason but now i for sure know that it Pulls Straight Out. THANKS!!!
Sarah Hensley: right. so the passenger side headlight is out... and my problem is that there is SO MUCH STUFF crammed into that tight little area, that it's almost impossible to get a hand in there to change the bulb. any suggestions as to how to do it without ripping out my car's guts?
Autotechviewpoint: I think they are 9004 bulbs. Popular headlight bulb numbers are 9004, 9005, 9006
TacoSubi693: are these bulbs 893?
Neill Levine: Hi - thanks for this video. It gave me enough information to start with so I could work out how to change the bulb in my 1998 Ford Laser, here in Sydney, Australia.

Autotechviewpoint: Sorry, for your bulb problem. Best bet is to take the bulb right to a auto parts store so they can match it up. I hope you are not too far away from a parts store, keep me informed!
